Day 2

Big News It is official we are now Team: EPIA!!!!!!!!
our ladies are setting the trend I now refer to them as Dynamite or T-n-T, because the are explosively awesome! 

Here is the deal guys we need to come together for some collective goal setting.  These should help us reach the scoring goals for this challenge meaning losing inches while increasing our capacity to be more FIT.  As you post your food logs today at the end I would ask that you post personal goals for yourself during the duration of the challenge.  Keep them as specific, realistic, and attainable for the time frame that we have to work with.  I hope none of you are offended by poor grammar or misspelled words because reading my blogs posts are going to hurt if that is that case.  Stay strong, eat well, and make it into the box even when you want to stay home!

    Poached eggs

    Bacon

    Spinach and watermelon salad with feta and fresh raspberries

    Fruit

    Coffee w/ 2% Vegas isn't onboard with coconut milk yet

    Reflection on last paleo challenge- if you go out for a romantic Italian dinner complete w/bread both parties feel like a blob and it ends the evening. Paleo meals dont bring the bloat.




    Talked to Three weight watchers girls at the next booth who aren't counting points today. They looked at my fruit and poached eggs in pity. Im really not feeling that bad about it. They said they feel so full they can hardly walk. I ate a ton of fruit and protein but dont feel sluggish. (note to Tish- I bet they can't have sex with the lights on)


    Interesting question- if people go on vacation to reenergize and come home feeling good why do they eat junk and come home feeling like shit?

    Goals:
    More water
    Eat Breakfast on work days.
    Lose inches but I dont know how many.
    Get focused. I'm feeling kind of random these days...in case nobody noticed.
